CONFIRMATION

All reservation requests will be confirmed within 24 hours. When the immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised in return by facsimile or email within 24 hours.

BOOKING GUARANTEE AND PAYMENT   

After receiving the final confirmed program from V-HERITAGE Travel, you will need to secure all services booked for this trip. A deposit of 10% of the total cost is requested to guarantee all bookings. This deposit can be made by Bank Transfer to our company's account. And the rest of the tour price should be paid to V-HERITAGE Travel 30 days prior to client's arrival in or the starting date of the tour. 

Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or by bank transfer payable to our Bank Account, and all bank transfer fees will be borne by the payee. If payment is by Credit Card, an additional 3% (for Visa Card and Master Card) or 4% (for Amex Card) will be added on to our tariff rates (Visa Card, Master Card and Amex Card are accepted).

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW   

V-HERITAGE Travel must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:

Before 30 days - 10% of the total tour / service cost
From 30 days to 21 days - 25% of the total tour / service cost
From 20 days to 10 days - 50% of the total tour / service cost
From 09 days to 05 days - 90% of the total tour / service cost
From 04 days to arrival or no show - no refund   

CHILD RATE

Under 2 years: free of charge and no meal/no bed (Sharing with adult) Between 2-12 years: Sharing room WITHOUT extra bed pay 50% adult fare, WITH extra bed pay 75% fare.

TOUR LEADER

Services are provided free of charge for one tour leader with every 15 paying passengers. F.O.C for the tour leader is on twin shared basic. Single room can be arranged with single surcharge. F.O.C for the tour leader with group less than 15 passengers can be arranged with special request.

GUIDES

All services will be provided with a qualified English or French speaking guide. Other foreign language-speaking guide can be arranged on request with surcharge.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

V-HERITAGE Travel highly recommends that all travellers take out an adequate insurance policy before travelling.

LIABILITY

V-HERITAGE Travel shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and to the satisfaction of the Client. Except in situations beyond human control, V-HERITAGE Travel will be held responsible for any additional expense resulting from any changes caused by us in itinerary, transportation, accommodation and meals.

Except in situations beyond human control, V-HERITAGE Travel shall provide compensatory service for participants or refund the difference in payment for services rendered below standard.

The detailed programme and scheduled flights are subject to changes by airlines without prior notice and in accordance with the weather conditions and daily operation of flights. Consequently, the itinerary concerned might be adjusted. If this occurs, V-HERITAGE Travel will do all in its power to assist participants in boarding flights or finding alternative arrangements. Note however that it is done as a courtesy to participants and V-HERITAGE Travel can not be held responsible for any delay, , accidents, denied boarding, additional costs occurred, natural disaster, political action or unrest.

In order to take liability for loss, injury or damage caused by V-HERITAGE Travel to passengers during the journey operated by V-HERITAGE Travel, V-HERITAGE Travel has anticipated the PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY covered by Vietnam Insurance Corporation.

Schedule Policy No. HN050022/TPL/19 has shown that V-HERITAGE Travel is covered with indemnity against all sums which V-HERITAGE Travel becomes legally liable to pay as damages to Third Parties in respect of:   

Accidental bodily injury (including death or disease) to any person.   

Accidental loss or damage to property happening in connection with V-HERITAGE Travel’s business during the period of insurance, including claimants’ cost and V-HERITAGE Travel’s cost and expenses.   

Limit of liability is 500,000.00 $/any one accident and in the aggregate for property.

 VOUCHER

Vouchers are to be issued by V-HERITAGE Travel for all booking arrangements. A copy of the Client’s itinerary should be enclosed with the voucher and should reach the Client on his arrival or beginning of the arrangements booked.
